Common questions

What is a "Propelled Company"?

A “Propelled Company” is a company for which you activate Propel Your MSP’s features (Budget, Audit, Projects, vCIO Process tracking, etc.). It’s a subset of the companies imported from your PSA.

Do I need to PSA?

Yes, you currently need either ConnectWise Manage™ or Autotask PSA™ to use Propel Your MSP. More integrations to follow in the future.

Is there a setup cost?

Absolutely not. All plans are month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

A Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card is required to subscribe to a plan.

Can I downgrade my package?

Yes, packages are billed month to month. You can downgrade if you un-Propel companies, but you will lose their data.

Is warranty lookup an extra?

All “Propelled Companies” will look up warranty information. If you want to look up even non-Propelled Companies, you can add that as an add-on.

What if I only want Warranty Lookup?

You can choose to “Propel” zero companies and only take the warranty lookup add-on. You would be missing out on many great features of Propel Your MSP though, but you can do that, yes. 😉
